13^th, October evening, 2016 ”Shenghong Talent Show” employee talent final competition was held in Shenghong petrochemical R&D center square. Shen Guangping, Xuwei new district director of Human Resources and director of inspection office, Liu Yongjun, director of Shenghong group HR department, and other leaders including Cao Zhenming, Liang Chaoke, Chen Xinlong, Sun Kairen, Wu Zhihua, Yang Ruiping, Zhang Guiwen, Li Jianxin, etc. took part in the activity.

The company held the first session of “Shenghong Talent Show” this September after the elaborately preparations, in response to group and company nenergetically carrying culture construction, comprehensively brisk enterprise culturem creating nice enterprise culture atomosphere, and to find literature and art talent, showing Shenghong verstile, healthy and upgoing spirituality. All companies and departments paied high attention to this activity, organized carefully, the employees participated in actively. There were more than 40 different talent competitors. Ater two preliminaries, 16 competitors went on the final competition stage.

The competition opened with glaring light show. After that, Shenghong group H&R director Liu Yongjun made a speech. Liu Yongjun introduced the group and company’s development history and enterprise culture construction condition to the site honored guestes.

Finallly, with network woting, site voting and juge grading, the street dance “Dancing Shenghong” won the champion, acted by Sailboat Long Yuteng, He Junqiu, Li Lei, Zhang Yongyong, it was yong blood and creative in arrangement. Chen Yanan, from engineering department, won the second place with a dynamic song “Princess”. Lu Xiao, Zhao Jie, etc. from Harbor Storage Co,. Ltd. Security Department, won the third price with a masculine wrestle show. The other competitors also won vocal music expert prize, dancing export prize, talent export prize, yong export prize, etc. Sailboat petrochemical, Hongyang thermoelectricity and Harbor Storage Co., Ltd won excellent organization prize.
