In order to learn the lesson form “Shandong Linyi Meiyu Petrochemical Co., Ltd 6.5 explosion accident ”, combined with annually emergency disposal manoeuvre plan and safety month activity programme, Harbor Storage held the “Rongtai-Saiboat outer pipe gallery methyl alcohol leakage accident” emergency disposal manoeuvre on 22^nd, June afternoon, with the support of group tansport and management department, fire brigade, medical room, Sailboat petrochemical and Honggang petrochemical.

The manoeuvre was divided into accident affirm, report, seeking help for accident rescue, process emergency disposal, emergency guard and personnel evacuating, personnel poisoning first-aid, under pressure leaking stoppage repaire, etc. At three p.m. the manoeuvre started with the general director’s order. Security personnel found suspected dangerous omen, reported to the monitor and center control room at first time. Production department arranged personnel to confirm it both on site and from the monitor at once. After the confirmation, the operator on duty in center control room seeked help from group fire brigade and medical room, and reported it to company leaders at the same time.the company started emergency disposal pre-arranged planning, each emergency response team carried out emergency disposal work immediately accoeding to their assignment of responsibility.Then they reported the site situation to government administration department and the group. Repairing team successfully finished under pressure leaking stoppage on leak point. The manoeuvre ended here.

At same time, it further improved employees’ dispasal ability on accident report, seeking help, emergency guard and evacuating, prosess emergency disposal, site urgent repair, etc.
