On the morning of 15^th, December, Huang Lixin, Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, mumber of the Standing Committee and the Executive Vice Governor, and its staff come to survey Shenghong Petrochemical Group. Zheng Yan, Research Director of Provicial Government, Lin Yifeng, the Director of Provincal coastal office, Hang Mei, the DirectorGeneral of Provincial Energy Bureau, Xiang Xuelong, Lianyungang City Mayor, Shi Haibo, the Secretary of Party Working Committee of East-center-west Demonstration Plot and the Director of Management Committee accompanied the survey. Miao Hangen, the Chairman and President of Shenghong Group warmly received them and reported the enterprise condition.

Huang Lixin and its staff visited the project site, in Sailboat centter control room, the chairman Mian Hangen reproted the enterprise condition. He said, with the strongly support of Provincal Party Committee and Government, Shenghong Petrochemical goes well on all work. 1.5 millon tons per year PTA project and its matched thermoelectricity, liquid chemicals wharf and stoarge project had already put into production. Part palnts of alcohol congeneration were finished and put into operation, the balance plants were under the overall pilot production preperation period.

Miao Hangen made emphatic report on Shenghong Refining-chemical Intergration project propelling condition. And also pleaded for Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to coordinate and suport on relevant energy-consumption index, project financing, harbor-related project examinating and approving, oil product sales network construction, etc. which were relevant during project repelling process.

Huang Lixin affirmed Shenghong Petrochemical’s the construction scale and development achievement firstly. She emphasized, enterprise had to strictly accord accordance with normative procedure, complete project approval processes, comply with law and rule to propel project construction. It needed to insist on high-end leading, adopt the most advanced technological process, improve industry level and standard. And it needed to reinforce daily management, always put safety in the first place, insure the environmental protection measures were in place, propel enterprise healthy and sustainable developing. For the coordinated questions in enterprise development, Huang Lixin indicated, provincial Party committee and government would organize relevant departments to study to make the overall balance scheme, and excluded the difficulty and anxiety for enterprise development.

Bai Wei, the Vice President of Shenghong Petrochemical Group and the General Manager of Sailboat, Liu Bin, the Deputy General Manager of Shenghong Refining-chemical, Sun Kairen, the General Manager of Harbor Storage, also took part in the survey.
