 In order to make fiscal policy perform its further function, encourage industrial enterprises to accelerate technological transformation, promote the upgrading of manufacturing equipment, and push forward supply-side structural reform, in 2016, the provincial Economic and Information Commission and the provincial financial department jointly issued Rules for the Implementation of the Comprehensive Award and Supplement Fund for Provincial Industrial Enterprises Technological Transformation, deciding to subsidize the technological transformations carried out from 2016 to 2020 by the industrial enterprises above designated size in our province with offering each enterprise with a certain proportion of fiscal fund according to the amount of equipment investment and the newly increased tax contribution of each enterprise. This year marks the start of the implementation of this policy. 26 enterprises in Lianyungang including Heng Rui Medicine Co.,Ltd., Sailboat Petrochemical Co.,Ltd., XINHAI Petrochemical Group Co.,Ltd., and etc. altogether gained the award and supplement fund of 2,640,000,0 yuan, ranking fifth in the whole province and first in northern Jiangsu and accounting for 6.6 percentage of the total fund in the province. On average, each of these 26 enterprises gained a fund of about 1,015,000 yuan, ranking second in the whole province.
